何志(zhi)奇作(zuo)重要讲话,他说(shuo)在华源重组(zu)(zu)的(de)重要时期党委(wei)召(zhao)开这一会议分(fen)享不同企业(ye)、不同重组(zu)(zu)模式下如何分(fen)流(liu)员(yuan)工、维护稳定的(de)经(jing)验很有(you)意(yi)义(yi)。华源重组(zu)(zu)已进入关键阶段,后面的(de)任务更加(jia)艰巨,特别是(shi)涉及到人(ren)员(yuan)安置问题(ti),要妥善处理(li)好法-理(li)-情之间的(de)关系,把握好度(du)。重组(zu)(zu)与分(fen)流(liu)中要讲大局,讲党性,要有(you)一盘棋(qi)思想,稳定是(shi)业(ye)绩也(ye)是(shi)责任,希望大家(jia)继续努力,以高度(du)责任感、使命感,营造和(he)谐(xie)稳定的(de)环境,积极化解危机,推进重组(zu)(zu)。
李均在(zai)关闭发(fa)言中(zhong)回顾(gu)了案(an)例提(ti)示的(de)(de)(de)(de)11条经验和体(ti)会(hui),分析(xi)了下(xia)一(yi)(yi)步稳(wen)(wen)(wen)定工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)4个(ge)突出(chu)问(wen)题,对下(xia)一(yi)(yi)步稳(wen)(wen)(wen)定工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提(ti)出(chu)三(san)点要(yao)求:一(yi)(yi)要(yao)高(gao)度重视稳(wen)(wen)(wen)定工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),把维(wei)稳(wen)(wen)(wen)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)首要(yao)任务抓好,真正落实责任制,一(yi)(yi)级抓一(yi)(yi)级,谁(shei)主管(guan)谁(shei)负责,矛(mao)盾不上交,继(ji)续严格履行各利润中(zhong)心和集团签(qian)订的(de)(de)(de)(de)《维(wei)护稳(wen)(wen)(wen)定和谐责任书(shu)》,把维(wei)稳(wen)(wen)(wen)纳入业绩考(kao)核(he)。二要(yao)源(yuan)头维(wei)稳(wen)(wen)(wen),掌握主动权,我们要(yao)居安思(si)(si)危(wei),预防为(wei)主,防患于未然,要(yao)搭建(jian)沟通(tong)平台,多渠道地(di)了解思(si)(si)想动态,对职工(gong)普(pu)遍(bian)关注的(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)直(zhi)接、最(zui)现实的(de)(de)(de)(de)问(wen)题要(yao)及(ji)时研究并负责地(di)反馈(kui),坚持阳(yang)光操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),以赢得广大(da)职工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)解、谅解和支(zhi)持。三(san)要(yao)进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加强组(zu)织(zhi)建(jian)设,发(fa)挥(hui)党组(zu)织(zhi)在(zai)维(wei)稳(wen)(wen)(wen)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)政(zheng)治核(he)心作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)和党员的(de)(de)(de)(de)先锋模范作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。
